Rich Talcik, Sr. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Fairfield University and brings more than 30 years of experience in digital imaging and information technology.

Throughout his career, Rich has designed and developed both hardware and software systems supporting digital imaging and information management. His expertise includes the design of IT infrastructure, workflow systems, and software solutions for managing the processing, storage, and delivery of digital images. He has also engineered digital image capture and storage systems designed to meet NIST standards and stringent government requirements.

Rich has held a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance and currently leads a project involving the secure handling and processing of personal information for the U.S. Government.

His combination of electrical engineering, software development, systems architecture, digital imaging, and information security experience provides IDI with extensive technical expertise in the design and management of secure, high-volume digital imaging environments.
