Rich Talcik, Sr. has bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Fairfield University. Rich has been involved in digital imaging for over 30 years. Over the course of his career Rich has developed both hardware and software for working in this environment. He has designed IT, Workflow, and software systems to manage the processing of digital images. He has engineered digital image capture/storage systems to meet NIST Standards. He has held a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance and currently is leading a project that handles personal information for the US Government.
