The client needed 1.5 million pharmaceutical litigation documents reviewed using subject matter experts (SMEs) with chemical and molecular science backgrounds. The project required ten fields to be coded. We began by using Logical Document Definition (LDD) and linear processing to complete within the requested five weeks. Communication, and continuous coordination between the litigation support, the scanning vendor, and the pharmaceutical company end client allowed us to deliver daily rolling documents for review.
