Sondra Phifer joined IDI in August 2025 as a Senior Administrator. She is the DigiStore product manager. In addition, Sondra oversees accounts receivables, website design, and sales team administration.

Coming from higher education, Sondra brings twenty years of office experience to the team. Sondra’s experience working with faculty, librarians, and staff developed from multiple roles, such as faculty support (Columbia/Barnard, NYU), adjunct instructor for art history (NYU), and graduate admissions operations (NYU). She holds two Master’s degrees: Learning Experience and Technology Design at NYU Steinhardt (focus in higher education) and Art History at Brooklyn College.

Sondra is passionate about research, education, and the preservation of archival materials for future generations.
