June 2021 IDI will do all we can to assist and help our India vendors as they begin to recover and heal from the pandemic that has hit India especially hard. In the US activity is starting to really heat up as summer approaches. IDI is on site in California for a pharmaceutical clinical document conversion. We expect to be in California for the foreseeable future. We have started another book scanning project on site at the University of Iowa. By the middle of June, we will begin imaging research files from a Maryland research facility. IDI has started two document scanning projects for NYC Labor Unions, and we have also just completed a good size medical record project for a Labor Union in Queens. IDI’s Library seminar on May 19th was a hit and for those of you who missed the seminar you can view it with the following link: We continue to upgrade our Digi-Find-it web portal and our new administrative function to name photos with missing metadata via crowdsourcing has resulted in multiple upgrades. IDI’s Digital Memory Media Memory division for digitizing photos, slides, audio tapes and videos continue to grow, and we will be starting a large high profile film reel conversion in June converting over 1,000 reels of film. |
