llIDI wants to thank all the libraries and schools that attended the IDI October imaging seminar and tour at our new East Brunswick facility and we appreciate all the complimentary feedback the attendees provided. Congratulations to HsiHsi Chung Metuchen Librarian for winning the drawing for the laptop computer. (see below)

IDI has introduced a new company logo to coordinate with our new look web site: www.idiimage.com. Our prior distinctive logo was designed and created by my late father Myron Tannenbaum who motivated me to start IDI 15 years ago. Myron was a talented engineer who rose to Executive VP of New Brunswick Scientific Company in New Brunswick and was credited with 10 important Health Care patents. Myron’s integrity and multiple talents were an inspiration to all who knew him.

IDI has kicked off November with a large conversion of 1 million monographs for Catholic University where Pope Francis visited and spoke in September. The project will run through February, 2016. We also will be starting a conversion for a large pharmaceutical company in New England as well as beginning a long term Pharmaceutical project on site in California. Ocean City Library is the latest NJ library to contract IDI to host their local newspapers with a Digi-Find-It site.

IDI has an excellent selection of reconditioned book scanners available for sale that would be perfect for library interlibrary loan requirements. Please contact Jordan Baron for more information jbaron@idiimage.com.

October was an excellent month for Digital Media Memory Fund Raising events including the following libraries Waretown, Brick, Long Beach IslandSurf City, Meadowlands Museum, Summit, Red Bank and Monroe Twp. Digital Memory Media has added the conversion service for music DAT Tapes to our extensive list of media conversion offerings.
