September 2019

Innovative News
As the summer winds down IDI is now in full production on two large book projects in New England for two major publishers. These projects are for bound books and will run through March of 2020. We are also simultaneously digitizing three Brooklyn, New York projects. One on location at a Museum, one for a Historical Society and one that includes a combination of documents and large drawings for a Real Estate Management Firm.
The Lake Hopatcong Commission has hired IDI to scan their historical documents and maps of the lake which we completed in August. The Commission will be searching through the images to find solutions for the harmful algae contamination in the lake this year. IDI has also digitized the historical records and Maps for the Lake Hopatcong Historical Society.
IDI has just completed digitizing a Publishing project for the Smithsonian NMAH and will be starting a one thousand microfilm roll scanning project for an Ivy League Law school in September.
We will be exhibiting at the Plainfield Public Library’s Tri-County History Fair on September 28th. 11AM-3PM.
