February 2017
Innovative News

February is here already and the IDI 2017 calendar is quickly filling up. This month we have conversions in house from the Metuchen Public Library, a newspaper collection from microfilm and a new Digi-Find-it Portal. We have all of the yearbooks from a prestigious private school on Long Island as well as a Digi-Find-it portal. We also are converting East Orange Public Library City Directories from microfilm as well as all the alumni files for a University in New Jersey.

IDI will be attending and displaying at the NJLA conference in Atlantic City April 25-26.

IDI will be hosting the May 10th Northern NJ Chapter of ARMA monthly meeting at the IDI NJ location which will include a presentation, facility tour and buffet style dinner.

We are happy to announce that Marc Foner has been named the Manager of IDI’s Digital Memory Media Division. Marc will be in charge of setting up Fund Raisers, DMM sales and production. Marc is a member of ARMA and comes with a strong background in the knowledge of and preservation of history.
