Innovative News

This March IDI will complete the delivery of two million images scanned from rare books at the Huntington Museum in Los Angeles, CA. The project began in October and has been extended through the end of September 2013. IDI is digitizing 100 boxes of Andrew Mellon Foundation Grant files in addition to the 250 boxes we completed in 2012. IDI has been recently selected as the conversion vendor for three grants funded by the NJ State Historical Commission – the East Brunswick TV Station, the Dunellen Historical Society and the Maplewood Library

In 2008 IDI began a five year five million image Sabin Collection digitization project, including books and pamphlets, at the American Antiquarian Society in Worcester, MA. IDI will be completing the initial five million images this April. The project has been extended for an additional 500,000 images through the end of 2013.
